Location: Sutton, Greater london

We are currently recruiting a Healthcare Assistant who can assist our female client based in the Sutton area.

We are looking for a person who would be culturally sensitive and like to be part of a family centric environment. The Client is a lovely elderly lady who used to be a teacher and accomplished individual who now displays complex behaviour issues. She is working towards recovery by improving reading and writing skills. We are looking for someone who can help achieving her goals. she loves to play intellectually stimulating games, watch Countdown every day, enjoys walk in the park and sings beautifully. She lives with and is supported by her husband and her family.

The ideal candidate would speak an Indian language such as Hindi, Gujarati, Sinhalese or Tamil.

Experience and attributes:

- Excellent communication skills with patient and calm & composed nature

- A caring, empathetic, and compassionate attitude

- Experience with challenging behaviour

- Experience working with a client who had brain injury would be advantage

Clinical experience is not essential as full training is given.
