Our Services

Our high quality, Person Centred Care services are tailored to our clients’ needs and it is comforting for you to know that qualified nurses are on duty around the clock. There are five separate units to accommodate different levels of care needs. In addition to luxury dining and pleasant communal areas, the Centre also has its own gardens, Physiotherapy staff and gymnasium, hairdressing salon and internet café.

Understanding and meeting our clients’ individual needs is paramount and we provide a variety of categories of care.

The Chiswick Nursing Centre’s established success in enabling clients to be rehabilitated and return home is now well recognised.

We believe that everyone has the right to a tailor-made rehabilitation programme, which is individually designed to meet their needs. We achieve this through expert, focused and personal care at every stage of recovery, from post-hospital discharge.

Our target is to see everyone that we work with regain as much independence as possible, together with a renewed sense of confidence and control of their own life.

We provide high quality nursing input for those who are medically stable and ready to leave hospital, but who still require specialist, intervention.

We offer a free pre-admission assessment with one of our Nursing Managers, where the needs and wishes of the client and their family can be fully discussed and agreed.

Understanding what our clients need is a skill which we continually work on at The Chiswick Nursing Centre, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The balance of a luxurious environment together with a stimulating social life can help revive both physical and emotional health. The rooms can accommodate favourite items of furniture and personal possessions to ensure that our clients are comfortable and feel as if they are at home. All bedrooms have en suite facilities and we ensure that our clients are cared for in a safe and friendly environment. All of our rooms are single occupancy and not shared with other residents.

Relax in comfort

Each floor has its own luxury lounge decorated in a comfortable and restful manner. Alternatively, there are sitting rooms and quiet areas for those wishing to relax and our garden are very popular in the summertime.

Home from home

We offer a wide range of culinary choices and clients can either dine in the dining room or take meals in the privacy of their own rooms. Our meals are nutritious and freshly prepared on site. Our catering manager is available to meet with you at any time to agree what menu choices you would like to have. Most dietary preferences are catered for.

Physio Gymnasium

The physical abilities of our residents can vary dramatically. We therefore have our own Physio gymnasium fitted with specialist equipment for those with restrictive movement or disabilities.

Hairdressing facilities

Something as simple as having one’s hair cared for and looking our best can dramatically affect how we feel about ourselves. It’s for this reason that we have experienced visiting hairdressers who work in our specialised hairdressing salon.

Internet café

Our internet cafe is popular with many clients and their families. This facility, with a fast broadband connection and WiFi services, enables clients to keep in touch with family and friends and is a source of much knowledge, interest and amusement.
