With London being the most visited city in the world, people clearly love spending their holidays here. Unfortunately, some travellers do fall ill, or forget prescriptions, which can put a damper on the trip that not even our weather can. Some hotels will have visiting doctors, but the availability and cost can be prohibitive for many. We are here to help.

With our many clinic locations across central London, guests are never far away from one of our experience private doctors. We’re open seven days a week, so guests can choose an appointment time that suits them.

Video Appointments

If a guest would prefer not to travel to a clinic, they can see one of our doctors in the comfort of their hotel room, via video link to their smartphone, tablet or desktop.

If you have forgotten your prescription that’s no problem. We can provide medicines in clinic, or supply prescriptions by fax, post and they are downloadable from our patient portal.

As part of our video appointments, you can also opt to have your medication delivered to your hotel in as little as 4 hours.

Medication delivered to your desk

Busy day in the office and haven’t got time to leave your desk? No problem. You can speak to one of our doctor’s face to face from your smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. With a same day GP appointment in as little at 15 minutes, our GP can provide you with the prescription you need and get your medication delivered to your desk within 4 hours.

Get a prescription if you’re visiting London

Don’t spend your trip queuing up to see a doctor. Book a video appointment online to talk to one of our doctors at a time and place that suits you. Our doctors can arrange to have your medication delivered to your hotel or where you’re staying, so you don’t have to waste time waiting.

Who can use this service?

The simple answer is anyone – you don’t have to be registered with an NHS practice to use any of our services. Simply book online, we’ll ask for some basic contact information and within 30 seconds you’re booked.

At the moment this service is only available to patients who book a video appointment.

How much does the medication delivery service cost?

London Zone 1 to 3 – £5

London Zone 4 to 5 – £10

London Zone 6 – Prices on demand

If you live or work in London Zone 6, one of our doctors will arrange for one of our Clinic Managers to get a delivery quote and confirm the details with you.

All our doctors are qualified General Practitioners and they are all registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
