We charge 'by time' to repair or fit light fittings. The handyman will arrive, assess what needs doing and give you an accurate estimate before he starts the work. If you are happy to proceed he will get on with the tasks straight away. Almost all repairs are completed in one visit.

Lighting Fault Repairs

All our Saints are experts at sourcing and repairing lighting faults.

We charge 'by time' to investigate and repair lighting faults. The handyman will arrive, assess what needs doing and give you an accurate estimate before he starts the work. If you are happy to proceed he will get on with the tasks straight away. Almost all repairs are completed in one visit.

All our handymen travel around London on motorcycles and therefore don't carry step-ladders with them. Please have a chair or stepladder ready for him if any of the work is at height.

We charge £40+vat for the first half-hour and £22.50+vat for any half-hour thereafter.

Specialist Electrical Installations

We have NICEIC registered electricians amongst our team of multi-trade Saints.

The electrical work that needs to be carried out by an NICEIC registered electrician includes:

- circuit alteration or addition in a special location*

- installation of one or more new circuits

- installation of a replacement consumer unit (fuse box)

- rewire of all circuits

- partial rewire

- new full electrical installation (new build)

* Certain zones within a room containing a bath or shower, or a room containing a swimming pool or sauna heater.

We charge £65+vat per hour for specialist electrical installations and repairs.

Extractor Fan Repairs & Replacement

We charge 'by time' to repair or fit replacement extractor fans. The handyman will arrive, assess what needs doing and give you an accurate estimate before he starts the work. If you are happy to proceed he will get on with the tasks straight away. Almost all repairs are completed in one visit.

We charge £40+vat for the first half-hour and £22.50+vat for any half-hour thereafter.
