You work as an Independent Contractor (SELF-EMPLOYMENT);

Cleaners are paid by minutes to according to the real time worked while clients are charged in ‘Pay As You Go’ approach;
Cleaning can take place on the same day as the client places an order;
Mutual rating system. Customers and cleaners rate each other after the job is complete.
