Alexa Ridley founded SortYourHelp (“SYH”) in 2012.
She worked for many years as a lawyer in the City with three small children at home, and struggled to find the right ‘Help’ for her particular needs.
She found there was no one in the market place who could:
1. provide a bespoke service;
2. advise on the best Help available to suit her ever-changing needs;
3. source the right person for those needs; or
4. provide training for her Help if necessary.
She therefore had to spend her precious family time searching for and training up her own Help – a laborious task she would have gladly given to someone else.
Catherine Kenny joined SYH and became a partner in 2013.
Having juggled a career in recruitment with two children, and later becoming a stay-at-home mother after her third child, Cath has required different types of permanent, temporary and emergency Help over the years.
As a result she understands the importance of having excellent and reliable childcare and how hard that can be to find.

Bespoke searches for the placement of any temporary, permanent and emergency live-in and live-out Help, which includes holiday Help
In house training for domestic Help including cooking and housekeeping courses. First Aid courses can also be organised on request.
