We believe that animals are far more sensitive than traditional training techniques cater for. With that in mind we work very gently with all of the animals in our care to establish long lasting relationships that are built on trust, in line with the basic principles of the Trust Technique . We create harmonious packs by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each member of the pack and pair them with suitable packs so that each dog can get the best dog experience. By working gently with all the animals in our care and maintaining high standards of behaviour using positive reinforcement. We give Dog's a dog experience!

She also feeds back information to us about our dogs... How they are interacting with each other, how they treat other dogs and then anything else she finds interesting or unusual about them. Genuinely, she is a set of eyes paying attention and caring for our dogs when we're not around.

We have previously used other services in Fulham. One expanded massively, so stopped providing the personal level of care we wanted... And that is 100% what we want. A personal, genuine level of care. My pups don't need full time day care - it is too stimulating for them - so a personal, fun dog walking service is perfect and that's what Caroline provides.

Apart from dog walking, Caroline has also looked after our dogs for prolonged periods when we have been away. We trust her. In Summer, when we don't want them outside in the full heat - she will still come see them to take them for a wee and check they're sleeping and happy.
