Job Description
- day or night shift
- 9am to 5pm OR 8pm to 8am
- no visits! regular shift with the same client
- £12.00 – £14.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting a PaediatricHealthcare Assistant who can work for our client who is a 9 years old boy with Neuro-muscular disorder and use tracheostomy as well.
Experience in the following clinical intervention is essential:
- Enteral Nutrition – MicKey Button
- Medication Administration
- Nebulisation
- Oral suctioning
- Oxygen Therapy
- Tracheostomy care
- BiPAP via tracheostomy

Role Profile
We have a fantastic opportunity for a very enthusiastic individual to join our team and support the client in the home environment. The position is for a Health Care Assistant, we are looking for an individual who is keen to train and develop clinical skills.
HFH Healthcare Assistants receive free in house patient specific training delivered by our highly experienced nursing team. Clinical training includes but is not limited to Tracheostomy Care and Change, Non-invasive Ventilation, Oral & Nasal suction, and Nebulisers.
A nursing registration is not required for application and all training is provided free of charge.
Experience Required
The following experience would be an advantage:
- Previous healthcare experience with spinal cord or brain injury
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
- A caring, empathetic, and compassionate attitude
- UK or Overseas nurses awaiting PIN or registration
- Student Nurses undergoing training
- Acute/Sub-acute/Home care experience
