£15 - £16 an hour

A family based in Vauxhall is looking for a nanny to look after two boys aged 1 and 3 years old. This is a Monday to Friday role, 9 am to 6 pm and it is a sole charge position.

The family have a nanny at the moment who is moving overseas and therefore the position has now become available and the family is looking for a long-term nanny who will want to become part of the family. The family is looking for someone who will play a key role in their children’s growth and development.

The oldest child attends pre-school a few time a week, during this time you will need to keep the youngest boy entertained. The oldest loves to read books so they are looking for someone that will spend time and read with him as well as hold conversations about everyday activities. The youngest is currently crawling and he is a happy boy who enjoys copying his brother.

The family have a housekeeper who comes twice a week.

Responsibilities:

– Pre-school drop off and pick up

– Attended a variety of classes

– Purple Dragon

– Plan stimulating activities

– Prepare balanced meals

Travel:

You must be able to travel with the family to Europe – no longer than 2 weeks, with notice given beforehand

Requirements:

– You must know London very well in order to source different activities

– Willing to proxy parent and babysit with notice

– Your English must be fluent in order to help the boys with next steps to learning

– Russian speaking would be a bonus in order to support the boys with another language
