Part time Housekeeper Sought for Principal in East Ham

A professional male principal living in East Ham, London E6, is looking for a part time housekeeper to help him manage his large 4-bedroom town house. He lives there on his own and has no pets and is looking for someone to do the housekeeping duties 3 times per week, with flexibility to evolve the role in the future. 
 
Package Offered
£12-15 gross per hour
24-27 hours per week

Background
A professional male principle living in East Ham, London E6 is looking for a new, long-term, part time housekeeper to help him manage his home. The house is a large beautiful 4-bedroom town house which has been newly renovated. He has guests at weekends, so Mondays will be the main cleaning day. He has no pets and works full time from home in his basement office. There is opportunity for this role to evolve in the future. 
 
Duties
Your role will be focused on the daily and deep cleaning of the household, the principal has guests on weekends so Monday will be the main cleaning day. Your duties may include:
Hoovering, dusting, cleaning of the whole house
Laundry and ironing 
Running errands and shopping
Basic cooking and preparing breakfast 
Light weeding and watering
Maintenance of the hot tub
Cleaning the windows

Location
This is a live out position and the principal’s home is in in East Ham, London E6.  You should be able to easily commute to the property.
 
Days/Hours
24-27 hours per week
8 or 9 hours per day
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 
Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
 
Special Skills
You should have housekeeping experience. You should be able to work independently and use your own initiative. Driving would be beneficial but not essential. You should be happy to do basic cooking
