Live In or Live Out House Manager

Live In or Live Out House Manager required for single, professional Businessman in central London.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Principals large, modern penthouse apartment and will oversee the full time chef and cleaner.

You will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and contractors and assisting with travel arrangements.

Basic house maintenance and DIY tasks related to the property will also be part of this role along with care and upkeep of the principal’s vehicles.

There are two small dogs that will need walking and feeding on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be a pro-active, self-starter with a flexible, cheerful, can-do attitude.

A driving license is essential for this position as you will be required to carry out driving duties for the principal.

Experience in a similar position is desirable and you will be happy to travel with the principal occasionally.

Days/Hours of work: 45 + hours per week to be determined.

Accommodation: 1 bedroom apartment with separate entrance.

Salary: £50K - £70K depending on working hours and previous experience.
