The food is being sourced from London Food Markets (Smithfield, Billingsgate, New Spitalfields and New Covent Garden) where all the best restaurants are being supplied from.
I’ll become your private chef for the day of your event. You will be able to enjoy delicious food without any of the shopping, preparation, cooking or clean up involved. As an extra bonus, I’ll give you back quality time to share with your family, friends or business partners.

Why someone would like to become a chef and live this kind of underpaid and antisocial hours’ life in the industry where 42 hours per week work is considered as part time job?
I believe that 99 out of 100 chefs wanted to become a soldier or an artist, but for some reason they couldn’t make it (I was always hovering between these 2 options). Someone was cut out for a policeman, someone for a priest and someone for a chef. It always starts from passion for flavour and the desire to reach perfection. The passion is so strong that that becomes a genuine love or even obsession. I know that love is blindness, but for me cooking is the method of living. I wouldn’t even begin to imagine my life without it. Is that feeling deep inside of me, sort of compulsion. Without it life would be so empty. I guess I’m not this way because I do this; I do this because I am this way.
My life changed after culinary performance for London’s Marco Pierre White restaurants (French cuisine), Jamie Olivier’s (Monte’s- Italian cuisine) and all kind of casinos, small/big restaurants, hotels and events companies. The 10 years spent in restaurants, hotels and catering functions business was quite intense, sometimes painful but at the same time immensely fruitful. The expression “we have to keep the desire end in mind” kept me literally alive throughout those long working hours. Reluctant towards pursuing the policy of labour exploiting culture I knew that to become a private caterer was my final destination to deal with pleasant, respectful customers and make their culinary dreams come true.
BBQ Parties
The high cooking temperature of charcoal BBQ caramelizes the spices outside the meat creating a beautifully seared and flavourful crust. The inside of the roast remains pink and succulent. Each of these outstanding roasts will more that satisfy your meat cravings when you finally taste those smoky juicy slices, making your guests and feel as though they’ve taken a trip through barbecue heaven.
I’m serious about making from scratch barbecue sauces; custom blended dry rubs to compliment the taste profile of each meat and each details of accompaniment that is served with the main items.
Obviously I couldn’t bbqforget her about our lovely vegetarians and vegans: I’m cheerful about creating a vast array of wide range of delicious gluten-free, lactose free, vegan and low fat menu options. Planning an event is very special because it involves customer’s style and vision. Vision is yours but the change to reality takes place at Chef Lucian with suggestions on menu, concept and giving an experts touch to preparation plans, layout or wine pairings.
Lucian’s K. Aldritch Personal Chef Service covers most of England area and serves event parties from 8 to 150 guests.
Prices start from £35 per person for a finger/fork buffet/hot bowl buffet; £45 per person for a 3, 4 course sit-down dinner of large number (35+) of guests. A multiply course truly fine dining experience starts from £65 per guest.
You are welcome to phone or email for an estimate cost to suit your requirements; and also you may wish to make an appointment with Chef Lucian or events coordinators at the most convenient time to you.
Professionally attired butlers and bartenders are available to serve you as required. Their rate is £22 per hour.
All the required beautiful dinnerware (crockery, cutlery, trays, linen, cotton napkins, glassware etc.), for that truly special touch, is currently free of charge for everyone who books a dinner party/private event with Chef Lucian’s Personal Chef Service.
Lucian’s K. Aldritch Personal Chef Service currently doesn’t charge VAT.
