Our medicals are a bespoke service for you to discuss your past medical history and any current concerns you may have about your health.

Lifestyle is an important part of health screening and we will discuss and advise you on your personal fitness and nutrition. We also offer a genetic diet, health and fitness package – C.Me Fit®– with more genetic analysis than the regular DNA tests available online.

You will have a one-hour consultation with a doctor. The doctor will go through your health needs, and discuss any screening required tailored specifically for you. We offer medicals for Children & Adolescents, Women & Men.

Well Woman Medical

A full consultation takes approximately one hour with a doctor and includes:

Detailed medical and family history including contraception, menopause and HRT

Assessment of your mental wellbeing for stress, anxiety and depression

Physical examination

Height and weight

Body Mass Index

Blood pressure

Breast examination

Lung examination

Pelvic examination

Skin check

Cardiovascular assessment including your blood pressure+ ECG

Urine test

Nutrition and exercise assessment

After a discussion with the doctor, based on your clinical examination and future risk based on your past and family history, other tests are available for an additional fee:

Blood tests including full blood count, kidney, liver, diabetes, cholesterol, vitamin D, calcium, thyroid function tests

Mammography

Sexually transmitted disease screen

Menopause screen

Ovarian cancer screen

Colon cancer screen

Cardiovascular screen including your Q Risk Score. This is assessing your risk of having a heart attack or stroke in the next 10 years. In addition, you may need further testing such as: an exercise ECG, Echocardiogram, Coronary Calcium Scan

Chest X-ray

Osteoporosis/bone density screen

Referrals to recommonded specialists for further investigations

Well Man Medical

This is a bespoke service for you to discuss your past medical history and any current concerns you may have about your health. We would be looking particularly at your prostate, testicular, cardiovascular, hormonal and mental health including stress management. Lifestyle is an important part of health screening and we would discuss and advise you on your personal fitness and nutrition.

Unlike any other private GP practice in London we offer a genetic diet, health and fitness package – C.Me Fit – with more genetic analysis than the regular DNA tests available online.

The Well Man Health Check includes a one-hour consultation with a doctor. The doctor will go through your health needs, and discuss any screening required tailored specifically for you. They will perform a full examination including your:

Height

Weight

Body Mass Index

Cardiovascular assessment including your blood pressure+ ECG

Lungs

Bladder and prostate

Testicular symptoms

Skin check

Urine test

Assessment of your mental wellbeing for stress, anxiety and depression

Nutrition and exercise assessment

Rapid referral to renowned specialists will be organised if required for follow-up and further investigation if required.

After a discussion with the doctor, based on your clinical examination and future risk based on your past and family history, other tests are available for an additional fee:

Blood tests including cholesterol, liver, kidneys, glucose levels, full blood count-checking for anaemia, calcium, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and any other tumour markers

Prostate cancer screening

Colon cancer screening

Child & Adolescent Health Screening

Child Health Screening

Screening for potential health problems for your child is essential.

We offer health screening from birth. The examination includes:

Height

Weight

Body Mass Index

Ear Nose and Throat

NeurologicalRespiratory

Cardiovascular – including blood pressure (from the age of 8 years old)

Gastrointestinal

Spine

Genitalia

Skin

In addition:

A detailed history of their immunisations is taken and can be given at the health check if required.

Social, physical and cognitive milestones are assessed

Adolescent Health Checks

During this transitionary stage of life, we understand that in addition to the routine child health check we must screen for mental health.

This includes assessing:

Educational needs

Diet and exercise

Social life, friends support

Drug and alcohol intake

Sexual activity or sexuality – if indicated

Symptoms of depression, anxiety, eating disorder and other mental health disorders

Safety – assessing for high risk behaviours, bullying etc
