Rewiring

Home wiring needs to be safe. As with any other material, electrical cables have a lifespan. Rewiring includes removal of old wiring and accessories and installation of new circuit breakers with all new cabling and accessories.

Building Management System allows to control and monitor building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, fire systems, power systems and security systems. In addition to controlling building’s internal environment, BMS systems are usually linked to access control or other security systems. The main benefit of BMS is a good control of internal comfort conditions.

Smart Home System

In the average home, you can find many devices, systems, appliances including lighting, heating, security and other customer electronics. Each one is controlled by its own switch, app, and remote control. None of them is able to communicate with each other. Smart Home System makes everything run together from a central, intelligent nerve centre. This means that a single switch could control not only lighting but also heating, music and even the alarm system!

Inspection and testing

We provide NICEIC certificate for all new installations performed by us. We also carry out a periodic inspection and testing programme for electrical safety. Our engineers perform portable appliance testing (PAT) and provide PAT certificates.
