Gas Safety Certificates

By law landlords are required to have an up to date certificate for all gas appliances in rented properties. The gas safety certificate is to confirm that all the gas appliances are safe to use and meet regulations. These safety checks should be done every 12 months which includes:

Gas tightness test.

Complete inspection of the boiler and flue.

Check gas hobs and cookers

Check Safety devices are working properly.
