Private Maths Tuition

I offer private maths tuition for Key Stage 3 (Foundation and Higher), IGCSE and GCSE.

Alongside teaching and running other maths courses I also teach mathematics on a one to one basis.

Sometimes children need just a little bit more than the class setting can provide or occasionally students need a bit more assistance with a troublesome topic to back up their class learning.

Working directly with a student, I concentrate on specific areas to build pupils’ self-confidence and understanding to improve results.

I privately tutor all standards; whether I am working with an exceptionally talented student and fine tuning to achieve a Grade 9 GCSE or helping a pupil who is really struggling with everything.  I find working on a one to one basis I can coax the most reluctant of students and really see where the problem areas are.

As you can see from the many reviews I have I am well-known for making maths fun and demonstrating that a problem isn’t just a set of terrifying numbers but an enjoyable challenge!
