Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Nanny Housekeeper to join their household in a live in position. This role will be a split between nannying (weekend) and housekeeping (weekday). This role will involve working weekends but having 2 days off during the week – you can choose which days you have off during the week. Mom and dad will be around most times on the weekend but need help looking after their little ones. During the week you will be expected to give the house a good clean, iron clothes for the family. They have a full time nanny for during the week.

Working Hours:

Working hours will be 7am to 7pm on the weekend, flexible on a start time and finish time for during the week.

Accommodation:

Self-contained basement with separate entrance which has just been refurbished and includes – 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchen, play room with TV.

General Duties:

Nursery duties

Basic cooking

Mix of sole and shared childcare

Helping with homework

Spanish or French would be a bonus

General Housekeeping

Candidate requirements:

Someone who has good experience of working with children of the same age

Good housekeeping experience which includes deep cleans, ironing.

Someone open to travelling occasionally with the family on holiday – local and abroad (Not often).

Pet friendly – they are looking at getting a dog soon.

Someone who has a kind personality, good common sense and is efficient in their work.
