Portuguese speaking Housekeeper required Sloane Square

Role: Housekeeper

Location: Sloane Square, London

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 8am – 6pm

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a fluent Portuguese speaking Housekeeper to work for a private family in Sloane Square, London.

You will work alongside another Housekeeper to maintain the property to an excellent standard. The household is fully staffed and formal so you must have experience in a similar working environment. You must be happy to work within a team.

The ideal candidate will be service orientated, hardworking and efficient, with an unparalleled attention to detail.

You will be contracted to work 40-50 hours per week Monday – Friday. Should you be required to work additional hours, time off in lieu will be granted.

Previous experience working within a UHNW private residence is essential.

The duties for the role will include;

Keeping all public & private areas of the household immaculately clean

Managing the laundry and ironing

Knowledge of handling luxury clothing

Packing & unpacking for travel

Polishing silverware & antiques

Running errands

Serving food and beverages

Greeting guests

Assist with preparing for private functions

To be considered for this role you must.

Have previous experience working within a private household

Have excellent contactable references

Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check

Be eligible to work within the UK

Fluent in Portuguese language.
