Live in Healthcare Assistant

Our client is a 24 years old upbeat and positive young man who is looking for a reliable Live in Carer in his regular care team where the working pattern is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

He got spinal cord injury a few years ago whilst playing rugby for his university team. He is extremely active, drives and has a busy social life. He travels a lot in the UK and abroad.

He plays wheelchair rugby, has regular training and travels to various UK destinations to play in national rugby tournaments.

He is keen to find a live in career, to assist with all aspects of personal care, everyday living tasks and accompanying him when travelling in UK or abroad.

Requirements:

Prior care experience is an advantage

Caring, empathetic, and compassionate attitude

Fluent English

Ability to socialise with new people is essential

Good organisational skills

Interest in sport and travel

Whilst delivering exceptional quality one to one care as agreed in a personalised care plan, you will also be doing something truly life changing for our clients and their families, supporting our clients at work, home and social environment including holidays.
