We are natural perfectionists and specialise in a new technique semi permanent eyebrows with the microblading/micropigmentation method. Time and care is taken with this thorough consultation to ensure the best look is achieved. This is gradually created through 2 procedures: initial treatment and top up. The latter is recommended within 12 weeks from the treatment date.We underwent specialist training with the leading Permanent Cosmetic trainers (Prive Microblading Academy). We trained under the direct tutorage of Tatjana Damjanovic, who holds an international microblading diploma, recognised and accredited worldwide.

WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

Microblading originated in Asia and is also known as brow embroidery. It is a fantastic treatment for anyone looking to improve or enhance the appearance of their eyebrows. It puts the finest hairs back into eyebrows producing the best definition and dimension possible and gives a very natural looking brow. The initial procedure takes around 2 hours and can last unto 18 months dependant on skin type.

You can control the shape and symmetry of the brows better than ever before. By implanting pigment under the skin through a specially designed tiny blade, microblading leaves nothing but thin realistic hair strokes for the most natural finish without any spilling under the skin.

WHO IS MICROBLADING SUITABLE FOR ?

This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are very natural looking, feathered hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present. People suffering from alopecia, trigonometrical chemotherapy or any other condition that causes hair loss benefit greatly from microblading, as well as people who simply are not happy with their eyebrow shape. We will design a brow which is totally bespoke to you and your color will be mixed with the highest quality pigments. With this method we can create almost any look, from a very natural light finish to a beautifully bold brow. Sparse or missing brows can be completely restored. The pigments used with this method will be formulated to match your original eyebrow color. If the brows are still present we will ensure that the new recreated shape will blend perfectly into the existing hair.

The result is a natural, flawless and fuller looking brow. Initially, the brows will appear darker, but they will fade significantly over a two week period. It is crucial to have a touch up done in time as it is impossible to predict how well the skin will retain the new pigment.

The results can last anywhere from one to two years, depending on different factors such as indiviual skin type, sun exposure and chemicals contained in creams and beauty products.

Ombre Brows in London

Ombre Powder Brows are a style of permanent make-up. It is a manual process of inserting pigment into the skin. A small hand tool, operated manually with tiny needles is used rather than a motorised tattoo gun used in traditional tattoos. This technique is different to Microblading because we create a soft, fluffy, filled in brow similar to the look of filled in makeup, as opposed to simulated hair. The tails of the brow are darker gradually fading into a light start to the brow, giving that perfect ombre makeup affect.

Beyond the Brow’s Ombre technique is a manual permanent make up method of tattooing-there is no power or machinery involved. The manual tool is a hand held device containing several small disposable needles. The needles are dipped in our highest quality pigment and inserted into the brow using a rolling motion creating a very soft effect. The results are subtle, not harsh and we find it a brilliant way to fill in what may be lacking from an already existing brow.

Ombre brows lasts longer than Microblading, and are a much better option for clients with high amounts of naturally occurring oils in the skin. The pigment will fade over time, leaving  your natural brows behind. The is a two part procedure and will require a top up.

Important info

It is essential that you wash your skin gently during the first 24 hours, in order to remove residual pigment as well as prevent the build up of dust particles. We recommend you dab your brow area regularly in the first few days. You can use cool water with a damp cotton pad to prevent your skin drying out and scabs forming on the treated area. We also suggest you apply oil over your brow area 3-4 times a day for the first few days.

Natural oils that can be used are:

Grape seed oil (most popular)

Sweet almond oil

Jojoba oil

Coconut oil (absorbs into the skin without build up)

The oils above help the brow area heal holistically and get the best results when it comes to retaining the mircopigment in the skin.

Avoid Petroleum Jelly or Vaseline during your healing period:

Any petroleum or vaseline based ointment can cause a reaction leading to crusting and scabbing. With our treatment and aftercare recommendation you can expect to see a little flaking but not scabbing. Vaseline/Petroleum can also cause sweating as the skin is not able to breathe.

You will be given a book with guidance on how to care for your brows during the initial healing period.
