Russian speaking House managing couple

Our client is now looking for an experienced House managing couple to look after their beautiful estate in Surrey.
The perfect candidates would be a Housekeeper and a Chauffeur with at least 3 years of experience who are also happy to cook and to help around the house.

Type: Full-time, Permanent, Live-in (accommodation provided)
Days and Hours: 5/2, flexible
Language: Russian
Driving license: UK/EU
Salary: £45,000,00

Duties:
Thorough cleaning of the property
Dusting and polishing of surfaces
Laundry and ironing
Linen changes
Care of fine china, silver and crystal
Household shopping online and shops (food, toiletries, etc.)
Some care of animals (walks, visits to vet, etc.)
Cooking
Running errands for the client
Proactive and reactive maintenance
Smarthome system experience (Crestron)
Basic electrical, basic plumbing
Decorating
Moving furniture
Sourcing and arranging specialists / contractors where necessary
Ad hoc jobs
Driving
The accommodation is an apartment with a separate entrance, kitchen and a bathroom connected to the main house.
