Full time, sole charge, live-out Nanny-PA

A busy family in Victoria are looking for a full time, sole charge, live-out Nanny-PA. They would ideally like someone to start by Monday 4th March 2019 (although would could consider an earlier start date). The family would like 2 babysitting’s a month. They live just 2-3 minutes walk from Victoria Station. The salary would be competitive, to be discussed with the nanny based on experience.

All three children are at school, with the little one in nursery 5 mornings a week until 12.00 then having a nap at home. The family have a full-time housekeeper-nanny who does the housekeeping (including children’s laundry) and acts as a second pair of hands for pickups and drop offs. The children are each in a different school, hence the need for a second pair of hand for school runs, and hence often a complex logistics/diary to manage.

Nanny duties will include:

School runs and after-school care of the children, including homework, play, trips to the park, bath and dinner

Preparing meals

Keeping things tidy PA duties will include

Managing the kids’ diaries and handling school logistics (preparing bags and uniforms, reading the school weekly newsletters, etc.)

Arranging children’s school clubs, play dates, holiday activities / camps, doctor appointments

Running errands

Grocery shopping

Occasionally, dealing with contractors (plumber etc.)

Requirements:

Excellent English (able to help the children with their homework)

Highly organised and attention to detail is an absolute must

Someone looking for a long-term placement

Flexibility at short notice and cooking skills would be a real plus.
