Coronavirus COVID-19 Antibodies, Roche Elecsys Total
£25.00
This 15-minute blood test at home is used to detect antibodies to the COVID-19 virus to see if it’s likely that you have had the virus before.
Description
This 15-minute blood test at home is used to detect antibodies to the COVID-19 virus to see if it’s likely that you have had the virus before. The test works by taking a blood sample and testing for the presence of antibodies (Ig M and Ig G separately) to see if you have developed an immune response to the virus. Antibody tests differ to virus swab tests, which test to see if you currently have the virus. An antibody test cannot test if you currently have the virus.
Is this test for you?
Since an infection with the virus often goes without symptoms, many people do not know that they have already been infected with SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, a high number of unreported cases is assumed. An antibody test can provide more clarity here.
Coronavirus COVID-19 Antibodies, Abbott IgG

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) 48 hours
£145.00
Description
ABPM tests your blood pressure over 48 hours to observe the risks to heart health. When left untreated, the damage that high blood pressure (HBP) does to your circulatory system is a significant contributing factor to heart attack, stroke and other health threats.
Physiologist interpretation is included in the price.
Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) 24 hours
£95.00
Description
Are you worried about high blood pressure?
High blood pressure contributes to heart attacks and strokes. A one-off test at a hospital does not give a complete picture as your blood pressure rises and falls throughout the day. An ABPM test over 24 hrs allows a doctor to tailor medicine and advice specifically to you.
Physiologist interpretation is included in the price.
Holter ECG Monitoring 48-hour
£220.00
Description
Take an Electrocardiogram (ECG) to measure the health of your heart and scan for issues over a 48 hour period.
48-hour Holter ECG monitoring is a continuous test to record your heart’s rate and rhythm for 48 hours. You wear the Holter monitor for 48 hours as you go about your normal daily routine. This device has electrodes and electrical leads exactly like a regular ECG, but it has fewer leads. It can pick up not only your heart’s rate and rhythm but also when you feel chest pains or exhibit symptoms of an irregular heartbeat, or arrhythmia.
Physiologist interpretation is included in the price.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) with interpretation
£60.00
Description
Early detection of a heart problem could save your life and prevent a heart attack. ECG’s are painless and easily carried out, especially as with VisitHealth you can have one done in the comfort of your home.
An ECG looks at your heart’s rate, rhythm and electrical activity to detect problems with your heart. Sensors attached to the skin detect the electrical signals produced by your heart each time it beats. These signals can be used to identify a number of heart problems or defects.
This test includes ECG test and its interpretation by a physiologist.
