Job Title: Registered General Nurse RGN

Salary: £28.00 per hour

Location: Wandsworth

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for stable long hour shifts?

We are looking for a registered nurse to join our private care package (PHB) team!

You will look after a young male client with high level of spinal cord injury and ventilator 24 hours.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care and interventions which will be based on a daily clinical assessment of the client’s health needs.

The role requires Nurses who are happy working in a team, who are committed to providing excellent quality of care based on clinical evidence and who can proactively manage the client’s changing care needs with the support of the senior clinical team.

Knowledge and experience working with Tracheotomies/ventilators would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given by qualified nurse trainers.

What we offer:

12-hour shifts

Day, night and/or weekend shifts

Part time (bank system) and full time positions available.

The ideal applicant will:

Comfortable to work in the client's home.

Comfortable around a dog (client has a lovely pet).

Up to date PIN number with the NMC and righ to work in the UK.

Comfortable with training junior members, management and care planning.

Good english skills written and spoken.

Experience with tracheostomy and complex care for at least 1 year.
