Come spend an evening with our bakers and learn the magic of baking and sharing exceptional food.
 
The Dusty Knuckle School of Baking is now open. Teaching has always been a big part of who we are, whether it's the professional development of our baking staff or helping young people who have struggled to find meaningful employment. We believe that hard graft and integrity make for delicious food and this ethos carries through to our school. We want you to learn how to do things properly using only the best quality ingredients. Our classes are taught by our bakers and are relaxed, informative and sometimes pretty funny. So get your apron on: your baking dreams start with us.
 
We offer a range of all-day, half-day and evening classes.
All classes come with recipes, baking tips and a few gifts and are capped at ten people. We'll give you a ridiculously delicious dinner and refreshments, including beers from our neighbours at 40ft Brewery.
Classes are currently held in our main bakery while our school unit gets fitted out for a 2019 launch.
