Full time Mother’s help (50HRS) - London, Islington N1

A professional couple in Islington are expecting a new baby in December and are seeking a kind, experienced, active and flexible mother’s help. The role will be both shared care and there will be times when you will have sole charge.

The role is to start on the 20th January 2020. There will be a transitional period and mum will work from home and the successful applicant can settle into role and familiarise themselves with the family and baby and the role will then gradually change into a sole charge nanny role, as mum will start going into work and attending meetings more. Somebody that has experience with babies would be ideal. Please note that pay will increase when role change into a nanny role.

They would like the mother’s help to assist and support mum with all nursery duties, light household chores, keeping rooms tidy, coking for the family laundry, ironing and running errands such as shopping.

This is a lovely role as mum also travels a lot for work and would love the nanny to join them when they travel and would ensure the nanny’s costs are covered and increase pay when travelling.

Location of the job N1, London

Hours: 50 HRS per week Monday – Friday 8am-6pm

Driving: Essential - there is a car available to use on duty if required.

Pets – no pets

Job Start Date: Asap

Pay: £10-12 gross per hour

You must also have an up to date DBS on the update service and a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain, along with a minimum of 2 professional referees one of which must be your current or last employer that are immediately contactable.
