A welcoming family currently based in Barnes are seeking a career nanny to assist with the care of 3 children. Twin boys aged 6 years old and a little girl aged 2.5 years old. The family are going to relocate to Wimbledon in the summer but the position will begin in Barnes. This is a single parent family and a long term position (2 years +) is being offered on a full time basis.

Working Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Ideally the nanny will start at 7am.

Duties: This is a great position for a real career nanny. The children currently attend Steiner school near Wimbledon, a nanny with experience with an independent approach to learning would be a bonus. The nanny should encourage the children to learn through experience and play and be happy to research educational activities for them after school and during the holidays. A nanny with a strong sense of boundaries who can keep the children on their daily routine or schedule would be appreciated. The nanny should be comfortable scheduling all doctors/dentists appointments and arranging after school activities as needed. During the day a nanny who can arrange playdates and take the toddler to age appropriate classes would be highly thought of. The usual nursery duties apply including cooking healthy meals, taking care of the children’s laundry and keeping their areas tidy.

Travel: The family do travel during school holidays to their second home in Florida and would like their nanny to accompany them.

Driver: A driver is required for the school runs whilst the family are based in Barnes.

Pets: The family do own a dog who is a pug/cavalier.

Salary: A negotiable salary of £12 nph or 600npw for live in is being offered dependent on experience and qualifications.

Accommodation: Separate basement apartment

This is a lovely position for a committed, career nanny looking for a long term daily/live in position in London.
