Live In Housekeeper/Nanny required for a British family of 5 with 4 dogs in a large, staffed, 8 bedroom home over 4 storey’s.

The family travel for approximately 6 months of the year. When the family are in residence you will be responsible for the general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing and running errands. There are a number of fine finishes that will need special care.

Nanny duties will include sole care of the 3 children aged 10, 8 and 6 and you will be responsible for preparing their school uniforms and bags the evening before, arranging activities, preparing them for bed and occasionally preparing light meals along with babysitting duties. When the principals are not in residence you will be responsible for the general housekeeping duties.

You will be working alongside a Head Housekeeper, housekeeper and maintenance man so will enjoy working as part of a team and will be happy to travel to the family’s country side residence in Gloucestershire up to 8 weekends a year. This is a lovely role for a candidate who enjoys working with children and that has a love for dogs.

Days/Hours of work: 12pm – 10pm, 5 days per week. Wednesday/Thursday off.

Salary: £450 - £500 net per week.

Accommodation: En Suite bedroom in the basement of the main property with use of staff kitchen.
