LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER – SOUTH KENSINGTON

Principal living in SW7 seeking an experienced and trustworthy live-in housekeeper to work either 5 or 6 days per week to ensure the maintenance of a 3 bedrooms property on a daily basis. Most importantly you will be in charge of 2 little dogs, often 3 were you will be required to prep their food, walk them to the park.  The Principal is in London 6 to 7 months a year while away you will be expected to do a full deep cleaning of the property and ad hoc tasks.

Salary – £500 net per week
Location – South Kensington area
Position –  Full time
Starting – ASAP

You will be provided with your own room and bathroom including your day(s) off a week and 28 days holidays per year.

Responsibilities:

Tasks will include but not only;

Preparing a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Cleaning the property to the highest standard
Keeping refrigerator clean and discarding out-of-date items
Polishing brass and silver, antiques and fine furniture
Cleaning windows inside
Washing, hand wash ironing, and dry cleaning drop off and collection
Managing the wardrobe
Answering door
Carrying out weekly grocery shopping
Handling petty cash and debit cards
Packing and unpacking suitcase
Feeding and exercising pets on a daily basis, arranging appointments with the vet, grooming etc.
Carrying out any other tasks that the employer may reasonably ask

Key qualifications:

5 years experience within the similar position
Up to date cv with checkable references
Must be dog-friendly
Sharp eyes for details
Flexible when needed
Great sense of humor with a can-do attitude.
