Domestic Couple Live-In - Italy

On behalf of one of our high profile clients in Modena, we are recruiting Domestic Couple Live-In Referenced and with Experience

The Domestic Couple must have at least 10 years of work experience in high profile residences.

You must send all the contact of the previous families for the references verification procedure.

Duties of the Domestic Couple
As a Domestic Couple, the role includes:

Butler Service - Front of House:

Responsible for all table service duties (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Formal and informal.
Setting up tables (mise-en-place) to formal and informal standards according to the daily requirements.
Taking care of silver, crystal, cookeries, and the butler pantry.
Liaising with housekeeper for heavy cleaning service.
Front of the house responsibilities such as welcoming the guests and looking after the guests’ area and their personal needs.
Light outdoor housework such as looking after the pool area, wellness area, sweeping leaves, cleaning pathways, setting garden furniture.
Grocery shopping, driver service on request
Any other duties as required by the principals.

Housekeeper - Cook

Responsible for cooking tasty and healthy meals for the family
Occasional dinners with guests
Family style cooking, healthy and fresh ingredients. Experience for Italian cuisine
Pantry and grocery shopping
High-level residence general housekeeping duties: 
hoovering, dusting, cleaning
fine cleaning: windows, curtains, etc.
Laundry and ironing:
house linen, table linen
family wardrobe, luxury clothing
Care of luxury furniture and art

Available to travel with the family in seaside, mountain holiday residences and boat

Must be able to be flexible and manage last-minute changes. 

Must have excellent time management and organisational skills and be looking for a long-term position.

Must have highly professional and be able to use your own initiative and hit the ground running each day.

Must be punctual and reliable and have strong discretion and respect to family life; must manage the family privacy.

Location - Accommodation for the Domestic Couple
The family is based in Modena. 
The Domestic Couple will be provided private separate accommodation external to the property. 

Work Time - Work Days
Monday - Friday
Saturday afternoon and Sunday day-off - Sometimes the rest is required to be enjoyed separately. Required flexibility to work on weekend

Languages
The Domestic Couple must speak a good level of Italian.

Mandatory Requirements
Driving license, experience in driving, are mandatory.

Work Start Date
The start date is not set, but the Domestic Couple is required to be available to start as soon as possible.

Salary Offered
Net monthly salary € 1,800 per person (Requests exceeding the budget are evaluated only for highly qualified candidates and referenced by high profile families)

13th month - TFR - Extra work - Board and lodging with utilities.
