ROLE PURPOSE

Reporting to the Head of Quality & Governance, the Complaints Manager plays a key role in the continuing improvement of our customer service. The Complaints Manager is responsible for managing, tracking and providing effective support with complaints, incidents, safeguarding and compliments across the business, in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) and HFH Healthcare policy and procedures. You will work closely with our clients, staff, commissioners and health and social care colleagues to identify and achieve effective and sustainable resolutions to issues raised.

The successful applicant must be:

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Work flexibly and have a positive approach to work

- Be well presented, smart, confident and professional

Other details:

- Hours: 37.5 per week

- 20 days annual leave entitlement (Pro rata for maternity leave)
