If you’ve ever:
Built a den out of branches
Climbed trees just because
Helped a child find their first ladybug
Been the storyteller, the team leader, or the explorer on a school trip
…then you already speak our language!

Roles across London (Zones 1–6)
£95–£105/day
Term-time only | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM

Your day-to-day might include:
Leading outdoor play and nature-based learning
Supporting creative, hands-on classroom fun
Helping children grow in confidence and curiosity
Working closely with teachers as part of a nurturing team
