Able to undertake all aspects of domestic plumbing, heating and electrical installation within tenanted properties. Specifically, this includes boiler and heating system replacements, rewires, electrical upgrades and electrical testing.

We have gained a wealth of experience undertaking refurbishment projects of all sizes whether acting as a principal contractor responsible for safety and tenant liaison or working as a subcontractor.

Able to undertake pre designed commercial projects including extra care developments and student accommodation requiring plant rooms and building management systems.
