Chef

£300 - £500 per week

We are looking for a chef who is passionate about food to come and join our team!

We specialise in authentic African cuisine, and offer up the very best traditional dishes. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about high quality food and are willing to learn. You must be able to multi-task, and have knowledge of Nigerian and Ghanian cuisine.

You will be working 4 days a week from Thursday to Sunday.

What we are looking for from our Chefs
• Experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen is essential for this great site
• Preparing dishes from a planned menu
• Ensuring that working areas are kept in a clean and hygienic state and that good hygienic practices are observed in cooking processes
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance
• Co-operating with other members of staff to maintain our high standard
• Training provided
