I am a private Chef, registered associated nutritionist (AfN).
My Ideal role would combine the delivery of healthy menus and the very highest quality & excellence in food cuisine. I work hard to develop my menus, using seasonal foods from local suppliers this gives me the provenance of what I’m buying and the ability to negotiate and budget my purchasing.
My strengths are my organisational skills, desire and love of food and the passionate flair I demonstrate when presenting my dishes.
I have over the last year been catering for a private household and a private bank here in London. I now have over 10 years chef expertise.

I have a degree Bsc in Nutrition, a Food allergy training certificate (FSA) and a Food Hygiene certificate.
I am confident cooking contemporary British, European, Mediterranean cuisines.
I can adapt my menus to various health needs combining my nutrition knowledge and chef experience, vegan, vegetarian, organic, holistic, etc or just casual fine dining foods.
