A highly experienced Major-domo is required asap for a family in Russia - £80 to £100k pa

A VIP family who reside in Novossiblrsk are looking for a highly experienced/qualified Major-domo to work within their large luxury home. The property is approx 2,500 metres

The successful candidate will have worked within large houses previously and have at least 5+ years specialised knowledge including world-class service quality and standards.

A high understanding of working/caring for luxury furniture, clothes, cars and the landscape designs within the gardens

Supervise and manage the residential management activities and functions in an effective and efficient manner.

Develop procedures to meet the famlies goals, and provide the related staff with the necessary supervision, training and mentoring to achieve the highest standards of service excellence.

This is a 6 day working week but flexibility is needed.

Previous references will be required.

Available asap for long-term

The salary will be from £80,000  to £100,000 pa.

The family will provide private rooms within the staff quarters on the large estate.
