Manage and lead the CRT team (Central Resource Team). This essential team provides and delivers sufficiently trained and compliant carers to HFH clients that enables all clients to have their staffing requirements met. The team combines recruitment of new carers with engagement and support of existing carers. The manager will coordinate the priorities of the team and ensure the team is preparing to meet next quarter business needs as well as delivering day to day support for the operational hubs. The role holder will perform all tasks with a mindset of delivering and supporting excellent customer service at all times.
To manage and lead the CRT.
To direct the recruitment team to recruit carers to fill vacancies in a way that delivers stability and resilience within each client’s package of care.
To work closely with the Clinical Team to ensure the client is at the centre of decision making and that the clinical and non-clinical teams are working effectively together.
To prioritise the actions of the carer engagement team so that compliance is maintained at all times and that carers feel they are a valued, integral part of HFH and that their opportunities to work for HFH are maximised
To review processes to ensure delivery is as efficient as possible and work activities that offer little or no value are removed
To work closely with the wider HFH business to understand needs, priorities and risks and adjust CRT team plans and focus accordingly
To be the key point of contact for the onboarding team with requests for carers and to coordinate accordingly
To develop and implement alongside the clinical team an appropriate training process/schedule to enable carers ready access to training for new packages of care
To manage the tracking and performance of carers that encourages good behaviours and attitudes and discourages poor performance
To strive for excellent customer service at all times.
To maintain an overview of HFH’s compliance requirements and update processes and systems as may be required
To comply with all company policies and procedures.
To comply with all our regulatory requirements.
To maintain confidentiality at all times and in line with the company’s confidentiality policy.
Ensure that data is held and disposed of in line with our legislative responsibilities.
To regularly evaluate and monitor key performance indicators, to act accordingly in light of these KPIs and to share learnings and insights more widely around the business.
