Human Resources Manager

HFH Healthcare is a fast-growing independent healthcare organisation which delivers the highest quality care to highly dependent Adults & Children in the comfort and security of their own homes, throughout London and the Home Counties. Working in partnership with the NHS continuing healthcare teams, our specialist clinical support enables individual clients to remain at home even when the level of health care required is highly complex.

Role profile:

This is an exciting new position which will be very varied with no two days the same. Reporting to the Head of HR and Organisational Development, you will support managers in the management of employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support to both head office and field-based staff. We are a fast paced and dynamic business, and the ideal candidate will have an empathetic and adaptable style.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional support to managers on HR processes

Develop HR based solutions to meet operational service needs

Provide case management support

Develop and maintain workforce metrics and KPIs

Provide day-to-day HR support to office-based and frontline staff

Undertake ad hoc projects

Effectively manage recruitment and selection processes

Carry out new starter inductions if required

Manage talent and succession planning

Drive a culture of learning and development

Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary

Design and take part in employee engagement initiatives

Experience required:

Previous experience of advising managers on HR and employee relations processes

Knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law

High degree of accuracy as well as excellent organisational skills

Preferably educated to degree level or CIPD level 5

Highly self-motivated with a positive, 'can do’ attitude at all times

Other details:

Pay: £28,000-£32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37.5 per week based in Wimbledon
