Nanny/PA

Lovely new opportunity for a live out Nanny PA who is keen to invest in creating a rich and engaging environment for the family’s 7 month old baby as she goes through her early years.

Activities in the home, play dates, and time outdoors are all essential. It is important to the family that the nanny be proactive, positive and supportive with a willingness to share their knowledge and experience with us to create the best possible environment for their baby to grow up in.

The family believe in a (flexible) routine as it has served them well so far with regular sleeping and eating habits and so look forward to working together with someone to evolve this alongside their daughter’s needs.

The Nanny will be expected to plan and provide nutritious meals for the baby throughout the week and generally pick up all usual Nanny responsibilities. The family do employ a cleaner once a week but appreciate a tidy home and if possible, would love their help on meal planning for the family as part of the weekly Ocado shop.

On occasion the family would like evening / weekend babysitting and travel (No More Than 4weeks Per Year).

Dad has flexibility in his role with getting home earlier some days (anywhere between 4 and 6pm) when he would love to spend time with his daughter. Mum is currently on Maternity Leave and also has flexibility in how she returns to work. Once there is a Nanny in place, Mum will be able to pick up a day or two a week at work, as well as use the rest of the time to fulfil other activities alongside continuing to spend time with the baby. This means that the initial period will be one of shared care until Mum returns to work for a more official 3 Days/Week (From mid Jan ) that may increase to 4 Days / Week in due course.

From the start however, the family would like a Nanny full time, who understands that the time with the baby versus other duties related to her or to a wider PA role may vary.

Training and Qualifications needed for this job: Qualified Nanny required

Hours: 7:30am-5:30/6:30pm depending on day of the week

Pets: No pets

Driving: Not essential

Job Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £37,960-£43,160 gross per annum (£2340-£2617 net per month based on 50-55 hours per week
