Acorn Estate Management operates from our centrally located offices in Bromley North providing ease of access into Kent and South East London. Established in 1999 to manage the Group’s growing portfolio of residential blocks, Acorn Estate Management has secured a solid reputation within the field of residential block management.

Our offices and systems are technically advanced and our employees are carefully selected for their knowledge of the industry and their commitment to customer care. They are provided with the relevant technical training to enhance their skills and effectiveness enabling them to deal with the diverse issues which can arise on any estate, be it a small block of flats or a large mixed tenure estate. Each client is assigned a dedicated Estate Manager to oversee the day to day maintenance and management of their building, as well as a dedicated Account Manager who oversees budget control and service charge collection.

We recognise that each development requires its own bespoke management strategy and we work pro-actively with residents and clients to achieve this.
