Diversified property manager/concierge role offering 5-star service to HNW clientele
Job Summary:
We are working with a diverse property management company servicing a portfolio of 10 properties across London used as second homes for international clientele. They are looking for a competent and experienced Property Manager/Butler/Concierge to be the main point of contact for these clients managing their property in their absence and offering a tailor made, bespoke level of service throughout their stay.

Duties:
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Key Holding
You will be the main point of contact for the properties in the principal’s absence any emergencies and opening the property for contactors will fall under your remit.
Property Management
Ensuring the property is ready for the client’s arrival, housekeepers have been organised to ensure the highest quality of cleaning throughout the property. You will ensure everything is working within the property, alarms are set minor maintenance issues e.g. replacing bulbs and contacting contractors for any major issues promptly.
Homecoming
You will go the extra mile to meet the client’s expectations regarding any specific requests they may have whether it’s a warm fireplace, bouquet of flowers, specific toiletries and ensuring the fridge is stocked.
Concierge
You will use yours and the organisation’s strong network of suppliers and contacts to meet a client’s request from arranging nannies liaising with third parties on your behalf of the client, arranging bespoke events and experiences.
Administration
Taking care of all the administration of the property e.g. forwarding post or filing as per the client’s request
Candidate requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with HNW clients and adapting to their specific requirements. You will have excellent knowledge of the sector, manging private homes, domestic staff and have trusted contacts within the industry to facilitate the needs of the role and the client’s requirements. You will thrive in a role offering 5-star service to a regular group of clients building excellent relationships throughout.
